While I’m on the topic of Customer Relationship Management software, I may as well write about the CRM software my web design company bought this week - GoldMine. This one aint free and it isn’t browser based - it’s software that you need to install on your computer.

However it can still be accessed over a network, you can have unlimited user accounts and isn’t light on the features. You can customized just about anything too.

We’re currently in the process of transferring all our customer details from our old customer management software that I whipped up in PHP over to GoldMine. It’s a boring process but needs to be done.
It’s worth checking out. It’s certainly going to make everyone here at work more efficient.
